This birthday cake is so fun to look at! All those bright rainbow colors and mesmerising, intricate design of lines instantly draw your eye. The layers of sponge cake, cream and berry jelly make your mouth water but you can’t help looking back at those kooky swirls on the top of the cake, that remind you of a peacock, turkey and a fairground carousel, all mixed together.
