Description
Shapes Of Light
-----
This unique decorative chandelier captured my eye in one antique shop. It was in Charlotte, North Carolina, I think. At the first glance it was hard to tell what it was. Only the dim light going through the small circle openings out of these round metal shapes filled with springs was a give away that it's a light fixture. It was so original and unusual! I didn't buy a lamp but I brought home this photo, as a reminder of human creativity that can make wonders.

In December, 2013, a canvas print of this photo was chosen for the art show of works by several young photographers from Silute Photographers' Club. Along with other 12 pictures it was exhibited in Silute city library, then started it's journey through schools artists study/work at. Right now the show is displayed in the library of Silute Martynas Jankus basic school.

Gorgeous "floating light" abstract imagery, Ausra. There is a style and grace to this work that I love. You have a keen eye that serves you well. Fine art. LF
